Article 1 – Definitions

The following definitions are used in this privacy policy, both in singular and plural form.

Article 2 – General

Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed through our Website and App. The Nxt Fit considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore processed and secured by us with care.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Nxt Fit is responsible for data processing. In this privacy policy, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We recommend that you read this carefully.

By using our Website and App, you leave certain data with us. This may be personal data. We only store and use personal data that is directly provided by you or which is clearly intended to be provided to us for processing upon submission. Although you can also use our Website and App as a business, business data does not fall under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy is therefore primarily intended for those who use the Website and App as individuals or as employees.

Article 4 – Contact form and newsletter

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. If you sign up for the newsletter via our Website or App, your email address will be automatically added to the list of subscribers. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. When there is no interaction with The Nxt Fit, such as clicks on the newsletter, making reservations, etc., personal data will be automatically deleted after 3 years.

If you fill out a contact form on the Website or App, or send us an email, the data you send us will be stored for as long as necessary for the complete response and handling of the form or the content of your email.

Article 5 – Registration

For certain parts of our service, you must first register. After registration, we store the personal data you provided via your chosen username. We store this data so that you do not have to enter it again each time, so that we can contact you in the context of executing the agreement, billing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of executing the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our Website or App, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

To register on our Website or App, we ask you for the following data:

Our service displays generic advertisements, without collecting personal data.

We keep statistics on our Website and App, where we can also view individual data. However, we only do this to the extent necessary for the purposes mentioned in this statement.
